This Refund, Cancellation, and Service Policy outlines our practices regarding project engagement, cancellations, and refunds to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.

1. Service Agreement

Before starting any project, CodeSpyr provides a detailed proposal or agreement outlining:

  • The scope of work, deliverables, and timelines.

  • The payment schedule and terms.

  • Any additional costs for revisions, third-party tools, or extended services.

By approving the proposal and/or making an initial payment, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined within the project scope.

2. Payments

  • All payments must be made according to the invoice or payment schedule shared by CodeSpyr.

  • Payments are accepted via approved methods (bank transfer, UPI, PayPal, etc.).

  • Work will begin only after receiving the agreed advance payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to cancel a project or service, please contact us immediately at info@codespyr.com.

Cancellations are subject to the following terms:

  • If the project is canceled before work begins, 90% of the amount paid will be refunded.

  • If the project is canceled after work has started, refunds will be based on the completed work portion.

  • Once a project is 70% or more complete, no refunds will be issued.

  • Subscription-based services (e.g., hosting, maintenance, ad management) can be canceled with 30 days’ prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are limited once work has commenced.
However, CodeSpyr will review each request carefully to ensure fairness.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already delivered or in progress.

  • Delays caused by client-side communication gaps or approval delays.

  • Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, or advertising fees.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

5. Project Delivery & Revisions

We strive to deliver all projects on time and as per the approved brief.
Revisions are included as mentioned in the service agreement. Any additional revisions or major scope changes may incur extra costs and extend the delivery timeline.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate project requirements and feedback on time.

  • Supply necessary assets (logos, content, credentials, etc.) promptly.

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project.

7. CodeSpyr’s Rights

CodeSpyr reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or terminate a project that involves illegal, unethical, or harmful content.

  • Modify service terms or pricing with prior notice.

  • Showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Disclaimer

CodeSpyr is committed to delivering high-quality results, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as traffic growth or sales conversions, as these depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
